This project is located in Iran, Kelardasht. 30% of the units are built and ready to use. Building the Guest House is also in process. 10 duplex villas are designed for the snowy-mountainous project and It has Recreation area, Man-made lake with water sport facilities.

The test of the project at this location has been started. The lake village includes 200 plots in which 60 are already built and ready to use.
