Techno Park in Iran- Construction and City Development Officials from Iran visited Wind Office in Italy for Techno Parks to be designed by Wind Offices in Italy and Dubai.
Wind Management and LEED specialist will visit Doha, Qatar on Tuesday March 22, 2011 for projects submission and negotiation with Lusail (master developer) and Al Jaber Group (project management) regarding new CPM for phase D2/A2 as per the new affection plans. According to our new CPMs, our Offices in Wind Italian Design (Italy), Farayand AEC (Dubai) and Farayand HD (Iran) will complete this phase till July 2011. Dubai offices have been reorganized because of international economical Crisis. Through re-engineering our business processes and activities we were able to successfully reduce the number of our offices from 6 to 3 and the staff from 250 to less than 50 in Dubai during past two years.
The Wind I and Wind II projects in JLT, Dubai faced cash flow problem because of Red Group investors who have not paid to the project as per their contracts. Total overdue amount is about 35 million Dirham and cumulative delay in payment is equal to 500,000 days. Project Management has prepared new Action Plan and submitted RERA for their approval. According to Decree 6, the Red Group have to pay all overdue payments or will be cancelled.

Building project management
has overall responsibility for the planning, co- ordination and
financial control of a construction project. It is our
responsibility to see that the client's wishes are adhered to and
that the project is completed on time within the budget agreed. The
project manager may be involved right from the initial concept and
design of the project, through its construction, to its completion.
Typical tasks include:
